Proximité avec les animaux divers et variés. Chambre spacieuse. Calme et tranquillité. Petit déjeuner convivial. Accueil chaleureux de Carole et Fabien. Projet pour le bien-être animal. Paradis pour les amoureux des animaux. Arche de Noé pour les animaux rescapés

Rien de mauvais à la propriété.

What a lovely stay at this charming cottage in the stunning countryside! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly host and their adorable dog. The cottage itself was cozy yet spacious, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space where I could relax and soak in the breathtaking views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the waterfall shower was a luxurious treat. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials and even some extra goodies like fresh bread, butter, jam, and milk. The location was perfect for exploring Dartmoor and the nearby coastline. I had an amazing time and can't wait to return in the future.

We only wish we could have stayed longer! The host Charles was very welcoming and we loved their cockapoo Hetty! The cottage was cosy yet spacious, with a great outdoor space for breakfast and evening games. The beds were comfortable and the waterfall shower was heavenly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, including a nice loaf of bread, butter, jam, and milk. The location was perfect for exploring Dartmoor and the coastline. Couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to return again in future!

    Would recommend this hotel.

The cottage was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and a peaceful atmosphere. It was great that the cottage was dog-friendly, making it perfect for our furry friend. The host was welcoming and had the keys ready upon our arrival. The cottage had all the amenities we could possibly need, including an outdoor BBQ that we enjoyed using. The location was just right - a little out of the way for a peaceful getaway, but not too far to reach local areas. It was wonderful waking up to the sound of birdsong in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful retreat!

The living room area was a bit smaller than expected, but it still felt cozy and comfortable. The shared bathroom could benefit from better ventilation or a fan, although this may not be possible due to the nature of the building.

We had a fantastic week at this lovely cottage in a peaceful rural setting. the hosts were very welcoming, even providing us with a welcoming pack including fresh bread, butter, and milk. the kitchen was well-equipped and the outdoor BBQ was a great addition. the views from the house and yard were breathtaking, overlooking beautiful hills and fields. the cottage was equipped with a separate toilet outside the front door, which was very convenient for our group of friends.

The fridge and separate freezer in the cottage were quite small, which made it a bit challenging to store all our food and beverages.

The fact that it was dog, friendly was a big bonus for us. the host was very welcoming and had everything ready for us upon arrival. the cottage had all the amenities we could possibly need, and it was great to have a well, stocked kitchen with bread, milk, butter. the location was a bit out of the way, but that just added to the charm and tranquility. Waking up to the sound of birdsong was a lovely way to start the day. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone in need of a peaceful getaway.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this property. It was absolutely stunning, clean, and well, tended.

We had an relaxing stay in a beautiful and well-appointed cottage with fine country views. The scenery from the cottage was amazing, with hills and fields stretching out as far as the eye could see. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable, with comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack that included fresh bread, butter, and milk. The entire stay was peaceful and soothing, with the only sound being the gentle sounds of nature. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. I highly recommend this cottage for a tranquil and rejuvenating experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Rock House Cottage! The value for the money was really good and the room was cozy yet spacious. The location was perfect for exploring Dartmoor and the coastline, and the staff, especially Charles, were cute and helpful.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I seemed like I was in a small manor with the beautiful furnishings and lovely views from every room. The cottage was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and a variety of kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable, and the family bathroom had a modern shower with powerful water pressure. The cottage was decorated with beautiful paintings made by one of the owners, adding a personal touch. I enjoyed the peaceful area, and the sound of the bubbling brook at night was so soothing. The walking paths next to the hotel were a great way to explore the area. I also appreciated the convenient grocery delivery from Sainsbury's & Waitrose and the excellent service from a local miniCab company. I had a great stay and I highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is quite remote, with the nearest pub being a 30-minute walk away. finding the hotel using the given postcode was a bit challenging, especially in the dark and on narrow winding lanes.

We had a wonderful time exploring the picturesque countryside surrounding the cottage. The location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful walks and stunning views. We especially enjoyed the hike to Heltor Rock, where the effort of the climb was rewarded with breathtaking scenery. The cottage itself was lovely, with all the necessary amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The personal touches, such as fresh flowers and local produce, added a special touch to our stay.

That finding the cottage was a bit tricky, as it is tucked away in a rural area. However, with careful attention to directions, we were able to locate it without too much trouble.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and thoughtful gestures. The cottage was cozy and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The little touches like fresh bread, milk, and butter waiting for us in the kitchen made us feel right at home. We also loved the outdoor BBQ, which added to our enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and had a fine view. We took advantage of its convenient location to explore nearby attractions like Drogo Castle and Buckfast Abbey, both highly recommended. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was heavenly. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, and the hosts even provided basic essentials like oil, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee.
